How much does a custom application cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. We start with an audit of your subscriptions, then give you a firm quote. You can then compare it with what you'd pay in SaaS over three or five years, before deciding anything.
Are there still monthly fees?
Yes, but far lower: hosting for the application and, if you want it, a maintenance plan. These fees don't depend on the number of users. Hiring ten people doesn't change your bill.
Is it always better than SaaS?
No. If you pay a few dozen dollars a month for a generic tool that does its job well, keep it. A custom application makes sense when subscriptions pile up, when the bill grows with your headcount, or when off-the-shelf tools don't fit the way you work.
What happens to my current data?
We export it from your current tools and import it into your new application. It is hosted in a database dedicated to your business.
